Take a Tour of Our Facility
Our working environment is designed to be stimulating for our workers and conducive for high quality production. Our halls are bright and spacious, and give a sense of openness, composure and calm. As we transform fabric into a finished piece, get to know our production capabilities.
fabric storage and cutting
We source fabric from a well-established weaver network that spans the entirety of India - from the remote villages of Bihar to the textile powerhouses of Maharashtra. Our fabric is custom woven according to the needs of our products.
Once we receive the fabric rolls, we use state-of-the-art standard-width tables and Eastman cutting implements to layer and cut the fabric to panels for further fabrication.
shaping the product by hand and machine
In the next stage embroidery thread, appliqué, sewing, and quilting are brought together harmoniously on the canvas of fabric by the skill of man and machine.
sewing it together
It is now time to put it all together with our state-of-the-art, oil-free Brother and JUKI sewing machines. We use special heavy-duty JUKI machines for stitching our leather panels together for chair cushions and pillows. Sewing also provides a crucial avenue for consistent employment for women.
eliminating loose threads, ironing, and finishing
Stitched pieces are sent to the thread cutting floors where sharp-eyed ladies find and remove loose threads and move the pieces forward for final checking. Our female workforce is predominant in the thread cutting and finishing departments. We depend on their experience and skill for maintaining quality standards at the business end of production.
checking for sharp objects and shipping
After passing the finishing floor, we run each piece through a metal detector to check for any sharp objects or metallic residue that may have passed undetected in the previous stages. Finally, the cartons are packed, labeled, and loaded on to the cargo truck for delivery to the port.
All outgoing cargo is secured from tampering and transit loss using industry-standard seals.
